| Abstract: | Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,with the constant changes of the international and national historical backgrounds,distinct epochal features and the main tasks that our nation faces in the procedure of the modernization,Marxism humanism has been constantly localizing in China with the practical and theoretical developments which constitute the latest achievement in localization of Marxism in China,that is Humanities of the Socialist Ideology with Chinese Characteristics,which has experienced three phases：forming,developing and maturing. |
