高校小型立项维修工程可行性论证

The preparation for the feasibility of college small maintenance project

College buildings have been used for decades which are generally faced with the problem of conservation.So maintenance of college minor project has attracted the attention of every college.The present situation of maintenance of college small project is analyzed in this article.Based on the analysis of its importance,the key of maintenance of college small project is concluded to be field investigation.Project leader and applicant,the dual responsibility are the guarantee of project feasibility.The conclusion is obtained that minor maintenance works on college project feasibility work could improve the quality of project management efficiency.
