新闻舆论环境中企业危机处置的传媒策略

摘    要:将企业危机置于新闻舆论环境中进行思考,分析了企业与传媒的关系以及对新闻舆论环境背景的认识,并着重分析论证了企业如何与传媒积极互动:诚实负责,发挥传媒作用;有效控制传媒介入程度;有效信息的透露与发布;避免冲突;长期的有效沟通等。
