摘    要:文章在介绍低比压履带式集矿机行走机构结构原理的基础上,对履带板在试验中的破损现象进行了详细的描述。通过对履带板的静态实体仿真分析得到了履带板的位移及应力云图,同时结合试验条件分析了导致履带板破损的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施和改进建议,对低比压履带式集矿机的改进与完善及性能的充分发挥有着重要的现实意义。

Abstract:First, the structure and principle of the traveling mechanism on a low-pressure tracked mineral collector is introduced, and then, the detail damage degree of its trackboard is described in this article. As an analysis work, we gain the node stress diagram and node displacement diagram by statistic simulating of the trackboard, all together, we give the possible reason of it's damage according to the experimental condition. Some improving proposals are also given to avoid it's damage at the end of this article. All these efforts are important to the improving of the tracked mineral collector and its performance enhancing.
