城乡分工、交易效率与城乡商贸流通一体化

长期以来，由于受二元经济结构影响，中国长期处于城乡市场分割、城乡商贸流通发展不平衡的状态下，这种状态严重阻碍了农民增收和消费，延缓了二元经济结构的转换、促使城乡一体化的进程。文章通过城乡分工和交易效率的视角来探讨我国商贸流通发展不平衡的现状及其原因。研究发现，农产品市场和工业制成品市场交易效率的巨大差异带来城乡商贸流通的不畅、交换关系的紊乱和“双重滞销”的产生。因此应根据我国农产品市场的实际情况，在统筹城乡商贸流通的过程中要扩大农产品交易规模，加强农村流通网络的建立，构建高效完备的农产品市场信息网络，发展多种形式的中介组织，加强市场制度的建设，降低市场的风险。
