| 摘 要： | 从新疆乡镇企业发展历程与现状来看,其进一步发展面临着认识上不到位、政策体制性障碍、企业产业化层次低、行业布局不合理及自身发展上的欠缺等问题。本文指出新形势下发展乡镇企业的对策:一要靠政府推动;二要靠乡镇企业自身竞争力的提高。

| Abstract: | In terms of the developing process and status quo of township-village enterprises in Xinjiang,there exist some bottlenecks such as lack of deep insights,imperfect mechanism,low level of industrialization,and irrational layout of sectors,and so on.This paper advances two countermeasures that are conducive to the development of township-village enterprises under new circumstances,namely,getting promoted by the local government and enhancing the competitiveness by the township-village enterprises themselves. |
