| 摘 要： | 对 8 0 -90和 90 -1 0 0拖拉机驱动轮轴感应淬火工艺进行了研究 ,在消化吸收国外有关技术资料的基础上 ,进行了感应器结构的设计和分析 ,工艺试验及检测结果表明 ,感应器结构设计合理、加热效果好 ,较好地解决了大台阶轴淬硬层不连续的问题

The Technology of Induction Hardening of Tractor Driveshafts |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the induction hardening process of driveshafts of 80 90 & 90 100 tractor.Based on absorption of plenty of technological documents the inductor has been designed and studied.The results of technological testing and inspection show that the features of inductor are properly designed,the effect of heating is satisfactory,and therefore,it can provide continuous harden case for large step shaft. |
