| 摘 要： | 精益服务作为精益思想从制造业向服务业的延伸和应用，已为众多学者所广泛支持。本文简要概述了精益服务理论，在梳理了精益服务特征的基础上，构建物流企业精益服务体系的总体架构，最后提出物流企业服务精益化发展的若干建议。

| Abstract: | As an extension and application of lean thinking from manufacturing industry to service industry, lean service has been widely accepted and supported by many scholars. This paper briefly summarizes the theory of lean service, constructs the general framework of lean service in logistics enterprise, and then puts forward several suggestions for the lean developments of logistic industry service by combing through the characteristics of lean service. |
