摘    要:德国"双元制"职业教育模式,教学主体以企业为主、以学校为辅,教学内容以实践为主、以理论为辅。中国"订单式"职业教育模式,亦以企业为主体、以就业为导向、以技能为依托、以能力为本位。可见,中德两国的职业教育均建立在"基于工作过程"的基础之上。而基于工作过程的"包容性"课程体系的架构,已成为高职院校实施专业人才培养方案时不可回避的方向性问题。

Abstract:The model of "dual-system" education in Germany, in the teaching entities" aespect, the subject is enterprise, and the helper is school. In teaching content's aespect, practice is the main body, and the theory is helper. While the order education in China, the subject is enterprise too, which oriented by employment, based on the skills and ability standard. This shows that the vocational education of Chinese and Germany based on working process. When carry out personnel training scheme, the "Inclusiveness" of curriculum system has become the inevitable problem.
