| 摘 要： | 知识创新是项目驱动型企业产生价值增值的源泉。基于供应链管理的知识创新更为项目驱动型企业提供了利润提升空间。项目驱动型企业要构建核心能力,需要项目驱动型企业在核心能力的形成过程中,将所占有或累积的知识不断地进行"整合"与"协调",形成高效的知识供应链。
