模型系统优化低碳生态城的可持续发展

随着全球气候变化对人类的威胁不断加大,降低碳排放已成为全球的共识,低碳生态城是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为标志的节能、环保型城市或村镇,是一种在生态环境综合平衡制约下的符合中国特色城镇化发展的模式。本文从对低碳生态城的发展路径分析入手,提出低碳生态城是从建筑节能与绿色建筑到节能减排再到低碳生态城三个层次的融合发展过程,提出模型系统是优化低碳生态城科学发展的有效方法,之后对模型系统的定义、分类、作用以及构建思路进行描述,然后对模型系统如何在我国低碳生态城发展过程中发挥服务作用进行初步阐述。
