| 摘 要： | 在ISO9000QMS的基础上，结合SA8000-2001及相关法律法规的要求，从树立企业社会责任经营理念、建立管理体系、编写体系文件、推动体系运行以及完善体系建设5个方面提出了企业SA8000社会责任管理体系的构建、实施方法及步骤。
