个人-组织价值观匹配对员工行为及工作满意度影响研究

摘    要:组织文化是影响员工行为的一个重要因素,也是企业提高竞争力的一个很重要的手段,以青岛海景花园大酒店为研究对象,对员工感知的组织文化,个人价值观及个人一组织价值观匹配进行了描述性研究,通过因子分析、价值观匹配的计算描述了企业员工对组织文化的认知,通过分层回归分析阐明感知的组织文化,个人价值观及个人—组织价值观匹配对员工行为和工作满意度的影响,笔者希望能给饭店管理部门一些启发,并提供有价值的参考意见。

Abstract:Organization culture is one important factor that influences staff's behaviour, and it's also one important means by which enterprises can improve their competitiveness. Regarding Sea View Garden Hotel of Qingdao as a research object, this paper makes a describing research on the organization culture perceived by staff,personal values and the matching of individual-organization values. Through means of Factor Analysis and the calculation of values matching, the author describes the apperception of enterprise's staff to organization culture. Through means of Stratified Regression Analysis, the author clarifies the influence of perceived organization culture, personal values and the matching of individual-organization values on staff's behaviour and work satisfaction. It's the author's hope that this paper can provide some valuable suggestions for the department of hotel management.
