| 摘 要： | 中小企业在我国经济生活中的作用日益显现,但中小企业又基本游离于信息化进程之外,这与我国新型工业化战略明显相悖。本文对制约中小企业信息化建设的内外因素进行了分析,并据此提出若干对策。

| Abstract: | The function of the small and medium-sized enterprises is appearing in the economy of China day by day, but these enterprises are dissociated from the process of the informationization on the whole. Obviously, it is contrary to our country's new strategy in industrialization. This article analysed the internal and external causes that restricted the small and medium-sized enterprises' informationization and put forward some proposals according to that. |
