求职行为在大学生就业能力与求职结果之间的中介关系研究

摘    要:通过对2570名高校毕业生的实证研究,考察了大学生就业能力与求职行为及求职结果之间的关系,并构建了三者之间复杂的结构模型。通过模型比较,得出结论:大学生就业能力既可以直接影响求职结果,也可以通过影响求职行为进而影响求职结果,即求职行为在大学生就业能力与求职结果之间充当部分中介关系。

Abstract:Through an empirical study of 2570 college graduates, this essay investigates into the relationship between college students' employability, their job-seeking behavior, and the consequent employment outcome: A complex structural model has been established, Then the essay comes to a natural conclusion by model compare that College students' employability has a direct impact upon employment outcome, and thereby influences their job - seeking behavior. So job search process may function partly as a medium between employability and job search results.
