| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the background of implementing peak and off peak electricity tariff scheme in Anhui province, the main contents and innovation features of the scheme as well as practical implementation and results acquired in the first half of the year 2004.It also proposes suggestions on optimization of the peak and off peak tariff scheme in the next stage and bring into play better leverage effect of electricity price. |
