欠发达山区农业产业化经营的路径选择——来自安徽天方茶业集团公司的成功经验

本文以天方公司发展历程为案例,系统分析其农业产业化经营模式,运用交易成本理论解释了天方公司的产业化经营随着约束条件的变化,契约模式的演进路径,论证了“公司 基地 农户”契约在欠发达山区,具有降低交易成本优势。并从该成功的案例中引伸出三点结论:山区农业产业化成功的关键在于建立良好的信誉机制,企业、农户、政府三者之间要形成良性互动;“公司 基地 农户”契约模式是山区农业产业化经营的可取模式;依靠山区资源优势是农业产业化成功的基础。

Path Choice of the Agriculture Industrialized Management in Less Developed Mountain Area --Successful Experience from Anhui Tianfang Tea Group Company

This paper case-studies the successful development of Anhui Tianfang Tea Group, systematically analyses the management mode in its agricultural industrialization (AI), and with the theory of transaction cost, illustrates Tianfang's evolvement of management and contractual mode in compliance with the changing constrained parameters in local macro-economic environment, and therefore proves that the enterprise-base-farmer (EBF) contractual mode has an advantage on transaction cost in underdeveloped mountainous regions. Case-study on Tianfang's success justifies the following three conclusions: a) success of AI in mountainous regions lies primarily on good credit control among the enterprise, farmer and government; b) EBF contractual mode is feasible in management of AI in mountainous regions; c) success of AI in mountainous regions should be based on the advantage of local resources.
