| 摘 要： | 烟草行业信息化建设关系到了烟草行业的生存和发展，但各个省市的信息化建设参差不齐．国家统一调控困难。为加强宏观调控，国家烟草专卖局（国家局）建设了工商公共营销信息平台。通过分析各省市信息系统与国家工商公共营销信息平台的差异，探讨性提出信息化统一的措施。
