| 摘 要： | 利润率的变化趋势关系到当代资本主义社会的发展前途问题。20世纪90年代以来，在国外马克思经济理论研究者中引发了一场当代资本主义社会利润率在上升还是如马克思所说在下降的讨论高潮。介绍并适当评论上升派和下降派各自不同的观点及其论证过程有助于我们对当代资本主义的认识，也为我们深入研究马克思主义经济理论提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The trend of interest rate is related to the future of current capitalist society. Since the 1990s, a de- bate on the question that the interest rate is going up or going down as Marx said had opened and been kept going on. This article introduces and commends the different viewpoints either from the school who thinks the rate is going up or from the school who thinks it is going down. |
