| 摘 要： | 信息时代里,CIO作为企业的首席信息主管,在企业中的地位逐渐上升。CIO的出现有其客观必然性。CIO充分发挥作用的关键在于正确定位,提高素质,履行职能。在信息时代新的发展阶段,知识管理成为CIO的特殊使命。本文针对CIO当前面临的困境着重论述了这些新课题。

| Abstract: | In information age, CIO is the chief information officer in the enterprise, his status is more and more important. There are some object inevitability for emergence of CIO. The key of CIO bring into play function lies in going to orientation exactly and working on function. During the new seedtime of information age, CIO'S special assign is knowledge management. This article aims at the object of above to discussing the form, character and the problem of CIO, furthermore, providing the solvable scheme for the problems in the end. |
