工程投标及费用控制

建筑业是我国的支柱产业之一,随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈。工程招标投标制度对于开展建筑市场的公开、公正、公平竞争,确保和提高工程质量,缩短建设工期,降低工程造价都起到了巨大的作用。如何做好投标工作并尽量控制费用,提高投标工作的投入产出比率,取得较高经济效益,是施工企业必须面对的问题。本文就投标的目的、原则、存在的问题进行分析,对如何控制费用来提高投标工作的投入产出比率,提出一些粗浅建议。

Project Bidding and Cost Control

The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China.With the development of China’s socialist market economy,the competition in the construction market becomes increasingly fierce.Project bidding system has played a huge role in carrying out the open,just,fair competition of construction market,ensuring and improving the quality of the project,shortening the construction period,and reducing the project cost.How do well tender work and try to control costs,improve the input-output ratio of the bidding work and achieve a higher economic efficiency is the problem that construction enterprises must face.The purpose,principle and problems of tender is analyzed in this article,and some suggestions on how to control the cost of the tender work and improve the input-output ratio is presented.
