建国以来陕西工业化与城市化互动中农村劳动力转移探析

工业化与城市化的互动发展对农村劳动力向城市转移的规模与速度产生非常重要的影响。建国后,陕西省工业化与城市化的发展经历了一个曲折的历程,陕西农村剩余劳动力转移的规模和速度也伴随着陕西工业化与城镇化的进程体现出不同的特点。也决定了这一时期陕西农村剩余劳动力的转移模式及其缺陷所在。说明今天的陕西必须促进工业化与城市化良性互动发展,形成农村劳动力转移的有效机制。

A Study of Mechanism for Transfer of Rural Labor in the Interactive Process of Shaanxi Industrialization and Urbanization

The interactive development of industrialization and urbanization of rural labor transfer to the city of scale and speed has very important effect.After the fondation of the state,the industrialization and urbanization development of Shaanxi province experiences a tortuous course.The scale and speed of Shaanxi rural surplus labor transfer is also associated with the process of industrialization and urbanization in Shaanxi reflects different features.It’s also decided to the period of Shaanxi rural surplus labor transfer mode and its defect.So Shaanxi must promote a Benign Interaction development between industrialization and urbanization,to form an effective mechanism of rural labor.
