| 摘 要： | 本研究以发动机制造企业为研究对象,运用定性研究方法对该类企业目前实施的精益生产管理模式问题进行剖析,并指出主要存在于组织界面、流程和生产管理标准三方面的生产管理问题。基于此,对精益生产管理模式进行改进,并提出改进后的精益生产管理模式运行保障策略,以保证发动机制造企业精益生产管理模式的持续改进和顺利实施,从而不断提高该类企业的生产管理效率,以最小的成本实现企业最大效益。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems of lean production management model in engine-manufacturing enterprises by using qualitative research methods,and points out that the main production-management problems exist in organizational interface,process and production management standards.Based on three problems,this paper improves the lean production management model,and puts forward protection strategies to ensure the improved lean production management model implementing effectively,enhancing the production management efficiency and obtaining the maximum benefit of engine-manufacturing enterprises. |
