| 摘 要： | 曾经奠定了我国工业化基础并支撑了整个中国现代工业体系的吉林省,改革开放以后出现了经济发展的落后局面。本文探讨了经济相对落后地区存在的主要问题,并根据建设法治文明的理论依据及原则,探讨了建设法治文明的方法与途径,对我省经济建设和文明法制建设,具有十分深远的现实意义和历史意义。

| Abstract: | Jinlin Province,which once laid the foundation for our country’s industrialization and supported the modern industrial system,appears the backward prospect after reforming and opening up.The paper discusses the problems in economy backward region,according to the theoretical basis and principles of constructing civilized and legal society,explores the ways and method,which is significant to the economic construction and civilized and legal society. |
