高校图书馆流通部创新建设探析

Study on Innovation Construction of Circulation Department of University Library

Starting from the importance of innovative construction of college library circulation department,this paper discusses the problems existing in the circulation department of library and challenges,and then puts forward the measures that for the circulation department,we establish management idea for leaders,strengthen team building and enhance competitiveness,perfect system,improve work enthusiasm of librarian,human resources construction,train academic backbone,sets up the academic image,put forth effort to improve the quality of service,which makes the circulation department further complete the duty,and serve the readers better,so as to improve the core competitiveness of the library circulation department.
