钣金CAPP模块化工艺决策

摘    要:在钣金生产制造过程中,钣金零件复杂多样,其工艺编制要求较高。而钣金件具有"多样化、继承性强"的特点,"工艺的模块化"能够将钣金工艺进行有层次的模块化细分。工艺人员可以根据"模块化的工艺流程"经行决策,设置新的参数,生成可用于加工的工艺规划。"工艺的模块化"能够有效的提高钣金工艺编制的效率和准确性,为钣金计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)的通用化和自动化提供基础。

Abstract:In the process of sheet metal manufacture,the shape of sheet metal is complex and the requirements of process planning is high.The process planning of sheet metal has the features of diversification and strong succession,then modular process can be used to divide the process.Using the modular process,people can make new parameters to get new process which can be used in the sheet matal manufacture.The modularity of process can improve the eficiency and accuracy of process planning,provide the basis for universalization and automation of sheet matal Computer Aided Process Planning.
