| Abstract: | To improve the local agricultural production conditions and increase the staying power in developing agriculture,it has full necessity for maintenance and supporting of irrigated area,the development of water-saving and irrigation,improve water use coefficient of irrigation,reduce the burden on peasants,increase local farmers’ income,improve the regional ecological environment and implement watersaving transformation project in irrigation areas. |
