Thinking on Key Obstructive Factor of Increase in Social Capital of Private Enterprises and Its Countermeasures:Based on the Perspective of Corporate Culture Construction

Social capital plays an important role in the building of enterprise culture.However,private enterprises are so flexible and random that specification is insufficient.Blood relationship and geopolitical concepts lead to a lack of trust within the organization,patriarchal leadership style can not form an effective network of social capital.Awareness of formation of "diversity-orderly structure" becomes main factors of hindering private enterprise leaders’ increase in stock of social capital.To scan the influence of traditional culture seriously and increase social capital constantly is the needs of development of modern private enterprises.
