| 摘 要： | 实施职业教育需要两个主体,一是学校,二是企业,二者缺一不可。世界上发达国家职业教育的经验也表明,企业积极参与职业教育是其成功的根本所在。本文阐述企业发挥资源优势,以优势产业强化校企融合,以优秀人才强化师资队伍,以订单培养为需求健全学院人才培养模式,达到企校合作强化高技能人才培养的目的。

| Abstract: | To carry out the vocational education,college and enterprise,the two main bodies are integral.The experience of the world developed countries vocational education also shows that enterprise’ active participation in vocational education is the fundamentality of its success.This paper studies the competitive industries strengthen enterprise-college cooperation,strengthen teachers team with excellent talents of enterprise and improve talent training mode based on order training to achieve strengthening high-skilled personnel training purpose by enterprise-college cooperation. |
