微细孔超高位置精度电火花瞄准加工

摘    要:本文介绍了一种用于微细孔加工超高位置精度电火花瞄准装置,电火花加工主要用于机械加工难以完成的超硬金属材料的加工,电火花加工有两大特点,一是被加工件必需导电,二是电极与被加工件无作用力。微细孔超高位置精度电火花瞄准装置省去了二次装夹带来的安装误差,可以将瞄准误差控制在4微米,使加工精度提高数倍。

Abstract:This article describes a fine hole machining high positional accuracy EDM aiming device.The EDM is mainly used for machining the hard metal material whose processing is difficult to complete.EDM has two main characteristics,the one is the workpiece must be conductive and the other one is that the electrode and workpiece have no force.The fine hole machining high positional accuracy EDM aiming device eliminates the installation error led by the second fixture,and can control the pointing error at 4 micron,so as to improve several times of machining accuracy.
