| 摘 要： | 文章以工业企业实际运行过程中遇到的问题入手,通过对设备存在问题的研究和技术革新,使设备的运行水平逐步提高的现状进行分析,阐述了工业企业的设备管理工作的落实除正确操作、精心维护外,技术革新、技术进步对提高设备的长周期运行水平是很关键的,从而进一步阐明了技术管理的必要性及所处的地位,为提高设备的管理水平提供一些有效、可靠地途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the problems through the industrial enterprise actual operation encountered in the process and the study of existing problems of equipment and technology updatation,the article analyzed the situation of equipment improving and clarified that technical updating and improvement were critical to enhance the equipment operation besides operation and maintenance in the industrial enterprise implementation in the long run.Thus,it had further clarified the necessity of technical management and its position,and also provided effective and reliable means for improving equipment management level. |
