| 摘 要： | 随着代收费网点的不断增加,对账出现的问题也随之增加,通过对本市2011年1-4月份的代收笔数和各种差错情况,以及影响差错率的各种因素的分析,找出影响差错率的主要原因,谈如何采取有效措施,把我市代收费差错率降到最低,提高工作效率,促进电费回收,加强代收费工作的管理,使代收费网点更好的为供电服务。

| Abstract: | With the increase of collection charges branch,the problems in checking increased.Analyzing the stroke count and various errors from January to April of 2011,and influencing factors,the paper tries to find out the main causes of error,and how to use effective measures to reduce the error rate of collection charges,improve the work efficiency,promote electric charge collection,strengthen the management of collection charges work,and make the collection charges branch better serve for power supply. |
