浅谈同煤忻州窑矿提高资源回采率的有效措施

摘    要:忻州窑矿是解放后由老矿井改建而成的,具有近百年的开采历史,煤炭资源日渐枯竭,生产接续日趋紧张,为了矿井能够持续稳定发展,该矿采取了一系列储量管理制度和考核办法,加强采掘工作面资源管理,深入现场收集煤层赋存规律灵活运用炮采、综采、高档、低位放顶、一次采全高等多种采煤方法进行开采,优化采煤设计,采用转采、刀把子拐切眼法进行工作面开采,对边角煤、构造复杂区资源进行充分回采,较好地完成了回采率指标,避免不必要的煤量损失及无效进尺,有效地延长了矿井服务年限。

Abstract:Xinzhouyao mine is converted from the old mine after the liberation,has nearly a hundred years of mining history,and coal resources have become gradual depletion and production continuation is increasingly tense,in order to obtain stable development for the mine,the mine has taken a series of reserves management system and assessment methods to strengthen the working face resource management,and collect the law of ocurrence of coal seam on-site,and conduct mining flexibly with the use of various coal mining method,such as artillery mining,fully mechanized mining,low caving and so on,optimize mining design,conduct working face mining with turn mining and conduct full recovery on the resources of edge coal,tectonic complex area,which better completes the recovery index,avoids unnecessary loss of the amount of coal and invalid footage,and extends the length of service of mine effectively.
