| 摘 要： | 重视发展问题，强调加快发展、积极促进发展，是“三个代表”重要思想的鲜明特色。学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想．必须始终紧紧抓住发展这个党执政兴国的第一要务，必须以全新的理念去理解和把握“发展”的科学内涵，树立科学发展观。发展是全面的、协调的、系统的，是生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The distinct features of Three Represents are attaching importance to the development,quickening the development and promoting the development.In the course of studying and practicing the Three Represents important thought,we must understand and master the scientific concept of development with new idea,and set up the scientific view on development.The development should be comprehensive,harmonious,systematic and sustainable,which will lead to a path towards production development,wealthy life and sound environment. |
