| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省的科技与金融服务体系存在着直接融资市场体系不健全、信用担保体系不完善、高科技企业获得资金支持不足等问题。应借鉴国外支持和鼓励科技企业的措施,建立黑龙江省的风险投资体系和科技型企业直接融资信息平台及资信评估体系,以推动全省科技与金融服务的结合。

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang Province's Sci-Tech and the financial service system exist in the question follows: the direct financing market system is not perfect,the credit guarantee system is imperfect the high tech enterprise obtains fund support is insufficiency and so on.Should learn from supporting and encouraging science and technology enterprise's measure overseas,establish Heilongjiang province's venture capital system and the science and technology enterprise direct financing information platform and the credit appraisal system,impel the entire province's union of the science and technology and the financial service. |
