| 摘 要： | 构建和谐大学文化是落实构建社会主义和谐社会的要求，在高等教育快速、稳定发展的现阶段，我们务必保持清醒的头脑，认清形势，居安思危，深刻认识中国大学文化在发展中的不和谐因素，从而以先进文化为统领，巩固师生员工思想道德基础，协调处理各方面关系，使整个大学校园安定有序和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Building harmonious college culture is the requirement of implementing building socialism harmonious society.At the stage of Chinese high grade education fast and stable development,we should keep a clear head,get a clear understanding of the situation,thinking of danger in times of safety,and acknowledge the unharmonious factors in Chinese college culture development deeply.Then we can make the developed culture as the outline,enhance the ideological and moral base of teachers and students,coordinate the relationships,make the whole campus developing in stable and harmonious. |
