| 摘 要： | 介绍了钢铁企业ISPS-ERP系统基本内涵，分析了ISPS-ERP系统在钢铁企业流程再造的功能和作用，指出采取调整企业业务流程，重视信息化建设。选择合适的技术伙伴，并依靠信息技术支持和高层决策积极参与的综合策略是成功实施ISPS-ERP系统所必需的。 |
