| 摘 要： | 随着旅游活动全球化的进一步发展,旅游活动中的跨文化交际现象也得到了重视。在旅游的过程中,不同的文化越来越多地交织在一起,文化休克是其中常见的一种现象。本文在对旅游跨文化交际现象作介绍的基础上,探析了文化休克的表现及产生的原因,并提出了一些对策。

| Abstract: | With the further development of tourism globalization, intercultural communication in tourism has been paid great attention to. More and more different cultures intertwine in tourism, and culture shock is a common phenomenon. Based on the introduction of intercultural communication of tourism, this article analyzed the manifestations and causes of culture shock, and put forward some countermeasures. |
