| 摘 要： | 党的十八大进一步提出要加快转变经济发展方式。我国要加快由粗放型经济发展方式向集约型经济发展方式转变,其瓶颈是熟练技术工人和技术创新型人才短缺,这与我国中职、高职和应用型本科等各个层次的职业教育质量不高密切相关。因此,提高职业教育质量是我国实现经济发展方式转变的基础和关键。

| Abstract: | The report of the 18th CPC National Congress points out that we should further accelerate the change of economic development mode. In speeding up the change of economic development mode from the extensive type to intensive type, China may face a bottleneck： the lack of skillful technical workers and innovative technical talents, which has close relationship with the poor quality of vocational education at various levels including the se~ndary and higher vocational education as well as application-oriented undergraduate education. Therefore, improving vocational education quality is the basis and key to realize the change of China＇s economic development mode. |
