摘    要:概述了江钻股份公司石油勘探开发用牙轮钻头的可靠性设计流程,阐述了牙轮钻头在设计过程中用三维建模、有限元分析模型等进行可靠性设计的思想,采用了理论计算法、相似产品的类比分析法、实验室试验法和产品现场试验法等相结合的系统的可靠性试验。以实例介绍了从产品的各个子系统到最终成型产品所进行的部分试验和验证,

Abstract:An introduction is made of the process of reliability design for cone bits used for oil exploration and development in Jianghan Drilling Bit Co. Ltd. In this process, such ideas for reliability design as 3D-modeling and finite element analysis model are used, and a systematic experiment on reliability is done by combining theoretical computation, analogy analysis of similar products, laboratory experiment, and field experiment with products. An introduction is made of some experiments and verifications ranging from products' subsystems to terminal products.
