摘    要:以鸢尾种子为试验材料,浸水处理后播种,计算发芽率。以实生苗为外植体,筛选其组织培养各阶段培养基配方,建立鸢尾组培快繁技术,为鸢尾类花卉资源保护利用奠定基础。

Abstract:Iris seeds were used as experimental materials,soaked in water and sown,and the germination rate was calculated.Taking the seedlings as explants,the medium formula of each stage was selected,and the rapid propagation technology of Iris tissue culture was established,which laid a foundation for the protection and utilization of Iris resources.
