| 摘 要： | 现代成功的企业都引进了强有力的企业文化。建设企业自身特色的企业文化已成为刻不容缓的工作。尤其对于现代物流企业来说，如何搞好企业文化建设尤为重要。本文通过对企业文化的概念、作用、性质等方面的分析。探讨了现代物流企业结合物流发展需要建设企业文化的主要内容、基本目标和塑造过程。

| Abstract: | The enterprise culture, brings the powerful influence on the successful corporation. It is very essential to build characteristic culture for modem enterprise. Especially to the logistics corporation, it is more important to promote the business culture, By analyzing the business culture in different ways, this paper gives some ideas about how to build the business culture, the main content and basic goal. |
