Technip——the largest contractor of the infrastructure in petrochemical industry

Technip, relying on the design and construction for the petrochemical projects, ranks among the top ten largest international contractors. The overall development situation of Technip was introduced through the analysis of the enterprise profile, the business performance, the core business and the market distribution. The development strategies were discussed from three aspects, including the procedure of project implementation, human resources management and sustainable development. Based on the successful experiences of Technip, some suggestions were proposed for the development of Chinese construction enterprises.
