| 摘 要： | 阐述了质量工资的计算、评定、签发，着重分析了质量工资制度的实施对提高施工质量的影响因素，通过实施质量工资制度．实现了施工操作人员质量责任的落实，提升操作人员的质量意识，减低了施工质量成本，强化施工过程质量控制和检查力度．从而带动了工程项目总体施工质量水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The calculation,assessment and issue of quality wage are described,and the effect of implementing quality wage system on improving construction quality is analyzed.The implementation of quality wage system enhances the quality consciousness and responsibility of operators,strengthens the quality control and supervision in construction process,and therefore improves the construction quality of projects.It can also reduce quality cost and therefore increase the benefit of projects. |
