民航飞行员情景意识影响因素研究

研究建立民航飞行员情景意识显著性影响因素模型,通过多重共线性判断模型拟合程度,建立多元线性逐步回归分析模型,得到年龄、飞行经历、沟通交流、工作负荷管理、团队协作、检查单、问题处置与决策、自动飞行、知识储备与理解、识别威胁与差错、人工操作、程序应用各因素之间不存在共线性,其中飞行经历、工作负荷管理、问题处置与决策、人工操作为重要影响因素,为各航空公司制定飞行员情景意识改进措施提供依据.

Research on Influencing Factors of Situation Awareness on Civil Aviation Pilot

Studies the significant factors model of civil aviation pilots'' situational awareness with establishing a multiple linear stepwise regression analysis model, to judge the fitting degree of the model by multiple collinearity. The results show that age, flight experience, communication, workload management, teamwork, checklist, problem dealing and decision-making, automatic flight, knowledge storage and understanding, threat and error identification, manual operation and program application which are no collinearity. Among these factors, flight experience, workload management, problem dealing and decision-making, and manual operation are the important influencing factors, which provide the basis for airlines to formulate improvement measures for pilots'' situational awareness.
