| Abstract: | Economics of specialization and economics of scope are two typical economic rules,This paper tries to explain the extension of the functions of business incubator to venture capital investment.In this analysis,it discusses the relationship between intermediate goods and institution of a firm,which can help to analyze the economic phenomenon of the combination and relative separation between business incubator and venture capital investment. |
