| Abstract: | Constructing Incentive mechanism of scientific ＆ technical personnel in system-transformed institute has always been the subject of human resource managers. Starting with the characteristics of scientific and technical personnel, combining with the actual situation of incentive mechanism of scientific and technical personnel in the enterprise, researched the incentive mechanism of the scientific and technical personnel. The paper will be a good reference for the same kind enterprises. |
