| 摘 要： | 农村税费改革前，乡村之间是一种支配性关系体制。税费改革后，支配型乡村关系仍然占据主导地位，但乡村关系的发展却出现了新的趋势，民主合作的新型关系将是乡村关系的未来走向。

| Abstract: | Before the rural tax-fee reform, the relationship between townships and villages is a dominant relations system. After the rural tax-fee reform, dominant-rural relationship still holds ruling status but the development of the relationship between townships and villages emerge a new trend. Democratic cooperation rural relationship is the future direction. |
