| Abstract: | Transforming from institution into enterprise is essence and orientation for reforming management system of geological prospecting troops. The paper discusses the opportunity and advantage of business management in geological prospecting units. It also expounds the way and measure on speeding up transforming from institution to enterprises and setting up new geological prospecting enterprises with full financial responsibility. |
