WTO法辩析

A Study of the Nature of the WTO Law

After an analysis of the main features of the WTO law such as the legislative subject, enforcing subject, justifying object, the paper believes that the WTO law is characterized with international trade law within the sphere of international law. It holds that the name of the WTO law is not well defined and it is still acceptable due to its systematic intersecting features, and that it will provide the right orientation for one to make researches on the WTO law with clear definition of its nature.
